Butter me up with your healthy sultry oils because it’s time to break the fast with some avocado toasts. It’s a food fact that avocado makes anything taste better. Ready in under five minutes, nutritious, filling, flavorful, and fat in all the right curvaceous places, it’s time to make avocado toast your go-to breakfast-lunch-dinner-snack.

Avocado Toast Recipe

Thug Kitchen knows what’s up when it comes to palta, bitch.

Ingredients:
4 pieces of multigrain or sour dough bread, sliced thick
1 ripe avocado
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of freshly grated black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes, chipotle flakes or Tajin fruit snack seasoning
1 drizzle of olive oil* optional
1 wedge of lime

Directions:
1. Scoop the ripe avocado out of the skin and put it into a bowl. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper crack, and lime squeeze.

2. Mash a few times with a fork. The avocado should be chunky so don’t over mix, this ain’t guacamole.

3. Toast thick slices of bread. Spread the avocado on top of each slice and top with red pepper flakes, chipotle flakes or spicy fruit snack seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil if you want some extra flava.

4. Scarf that delicious shit down, bitch.

poached egg

To get extra sensual, add a thin slice of radish and an oozy poached egg on top.

Hey, you know I never knew about this until my partner went to Chile and told me they eat this ALL THE TIME. Like, to a fault ALL THE TIME. However, for the spicy kick they use this Mapuche spice called Merkén, that ish is the bomb diggity. I don’t eat many spicy things, but this is so flavourful! It’s irresistable–smoky and delicious–amazing! I don’t know if you can get it in BsAs but after we finished the bag he brought, we ordered it on Amazon

    This is often my breakfast!
Avocado pasta is good too, I just add some garlic.

Love avocados and loved this post! I am sure if you have made avocado pasta sauce before. But if not, I would be happy to share my recipe. :)

i learnt to like palta, thanks to SPF sushi, then from guacamole, i think it just has one cons. it has a high ammount of fat (a small portion its even saturated), so my high-triglicerids say nono to this bad boy.

Weird, I’ve recently made this my staple breakfast in Uruguay. Try it with a poached egg on top. It’ll rock your world!
