Put down the fork? Forget about it! 3 years living in Argentina and 20 pounds heavier, the mixture of beef, wine, helado, dulce de leche, empanadas and milanesas got the best of me. Since I’m always hungry in Buenos Aires, I decided to PICK UP THE FORK and never ever put it down.
