*This was actually the inspiration for the name of the blog, after complaining to my loving father about a massive Buenos Aires induced weight gain, his motivating words of encouragement were: “just put down the fork!”
This is just a warm up, there are a lot more google searching, less egomaniac filled, golden nugs on his way.
