  • 14 DIFFERENT types of salads at EVERY meal. This probably includes the Rusky mayo-based ensalada rusa, and then most likely 13 different variations on the ensalada mixta. 
  • Pasta
  • Milanesas
  • Meat
  • Ice Cream

This diet was from the World Cup in 2010, but we can bet it probably hasn’t changed much in four years.

    “We went for a check-up, normal nutritional stuff, it was just a check-up to see how my body was and he recommended us some food to eat to improve a little physically, and yeah, personally I’m very happy because I think these days it’s very important to try to look after yourself and what you eat,” Aguero said
    “Obviously I had an injury at the World Cup and injuries are always difficult to recover from but the most difficult thing after that is to stay in good shape.
    “Because of the World Cup my lifestyle changed a little, the work I do and the food I eat, as I said, and today I feel a little better, I don’t get injured that much. What happened at the World Cup and before the World Cup with City I try to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.”

    Messi está que se sale en el campo de juego. Ha ganado resistencia, ha perdido peso y marca goles históricos escabulléndose de quien se le pone por delante. Sin freno. Entre los motivos de este  salto está el cambio de dieta que le ha diseñado el   médico italiano  Giuliano Poser. Un prestigioso doctor  que trabaja de forma holística combinando nutrición,  kinesiología,  correcciones posturales, masajes, osteopatía, flores de Bach y  terapia emocional
    Leo Messi  acudió a su consulta por los problemas de vómitos en los partidos y Poser  ha dado un giro absoluto a sus hábitos alimenticios. Junto con la pérdida de peso, el argentino tiene ahora más energía y lo acaba de demostrar en el juego.
    El doctor Poser basa su dieta en “verduras, frutas de la temporada y una buena agua mineral,que  son el combustible esencial para nuestros músculos. Hay que reducir la ingesta de alimentos procesados o contaminados con pesticidas, herbicidas, antibióticos, medicamentos… Y, por supuesto alcohol, tabaco y alimentos que no son tolerados. La capacidad de la desintoxicación del cuerpo disminuye gradualmente con el aumento de la edad y los mismos comportamientos causan efectos diferentes que unos años antes. Los jugadores de fútbol a menudo pagan las consecuencias de la mala nutrición”.
    El método de Poser está orientado al logro de resultados duraderos: “El concepto es simple: encontramos las causas y tratamos de curar el problema. Recordemos que el cuerpo humano tiene en sí mismo potentes mecanismos de auto-sanación, muy a menudo, lo único que hacemos es desbloquearlos. En cada visita asocio las evaluaciones médicas tradicionales con un examen postural y la kinesiología”.
